It is an essential aid to all nursing homes. govt. and private hospitals, Govenment’ s specialized and non- specialized medical service centres, and hospitals of all profiles.

These days, there is a great shortage of E.C.G. Technicians as the incidents of Hypertension and heart attacks have become major cause of death. Hence, prompt and appropriate Electro Cardiography not only help the physician in treating the patients, but the patient and his attendants can save maximum time to reach a cardiologist, Therefore, an E.C.G. Technician can have even independent practice for its livelihood at any corner of the modern society. For E.C.G. Technician, private practising infrastructure cost is very small and they do not fall under consumer protection acts – 1986.

The basic eligibility for courses in physiotherapy is 10+2 passed or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology/Maths and English. At least 45% of marks should be secured in each of these subjects. Age limit for the candidates is 17 years.
